CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY

Commodities ordered at www.gallerystore.pl online shop are delivered by DPD, DHL Express (Poland) sp. z o.o., UPS Polska sp. z o.o., InPost sp. z o.o., or another designated carrier company.

Delivery FREE - applicable in Poland, as well as in EU for works whose weight does not exceed 20 kg, and the longest dimension does not exceed 110 cm.
Extra charges for oversized consignments in the EU (outside Poland) are quoted with the price.

- consignments of longest dimension up to 110 cm - FREE 

- consignments of longest dimension between 111 and 160 cm - 50 Euro

- consignments of longest dimension above 160 cm - 100 Euro

Delivery

In Poland, commodities available in store are delivered within 3-5 working days. With commodities marked [ASK FOR PRICE], Gallery Store sp. z o.o. confirms availability, price, and despatch method individually with the customer.
In EU countries, commodities are delivered within 5-10 working days following the date of crediting the bank account.

Contract rescission

You have 14 days to return the commodities. Within two weeks you are entitled to return the commodity for convenience. To return the consignment, fill in and submit Contract Rescission Form (specimen to be found in Rules and Regulations).

Consignment reception time includes:

VAT invoice margin is despatched to the customer electronically at the e-mail address given at registration.

Upon receiving the consignment the customer should carefully inspect the packaging and its contents. Should any loss or damage be discerned, the customer should take all necessary measures to determine responsibility of the carrier company. If damage is discerned, Gallery Store sp. z o.o. recommends making out a proof of loss.
